After parts are formed, we can trim them manually or they are sent to one of 4 current CNC trimming machines to reach final shape which include:
- Two (2) – 3 axis CNC machines
- One (1) – 5 axis
- One (1) – 6 axis
All programming is done in-house in conjunction with the part design to minimize time on the machine to keep costs down. The current trimming equipment set includes machines from:
- KOMO
- MultiCam
- Quintax
- Fanuc
Future equipment expenditures will be directed to provide more capacity, larger trim footprint and redundancy to reduce potential shipment interruptions.
