VIP takes great pride in being a total partner with our customers and we can be your one-stop, turn-key partner for your plastic parts/products. We can use your product design and specifications or we can help you every step of the way with the design and specification of your part/product to optimize manufacturing, assembly and packaging, plus we can inventory and do the shipping for you.

We can then use your molds or create the tooling/molds/fixtures for you. After thermoforming and trimming your product we can do any special assembly required and then package the part/product and ship it to you or your customer(s).

Two Examples of Assembly Services:

This is an example of a process we provide to a transportation customer who we make thermal door panels for their trucks:

1. After thermoforming and trimming the door’s front and back panels we glue the panels together to form the shell of the door.
2. We then inject foam into the door panels to insulate them.
3. After the foam dries, then we do the final trim of the door with a router.
4. Then we package the insulated doors for shipment.
   
   
   
   

This is an example of a process we provide to assemble a customized golf cart dashboard:

1. After thermoforming and trimming the dashboard and the accompanying parts we install components onto the dashboard and supply the final retail product.
2. Cup holder produced by VIP with foam insert (sourced from 3^rd party supplier)
3. Install storage door made by VIP with locking mechanism & hinge (sourced from 3^rd party supplier).
4. Include installation hardware kit with product (components sourced from 3^rd party supplier)
5. Package final retail product for delivery to customers
